Specialist courses for new beginners & new mums!


 
 
  • A time to take special care of yourself, we would love to welcome you & your baby to our specialised, small group classes. Our Mums & Little Ones (Level 1) course runs as a 6 week course (6 classes in total), focusing on safely reintroducing you to exercise whilst rehabilitating the pelvic floor & abdominal chain, stabilising joints & reversing the postural changes that often occur after birth.

    We welcome all mums and all babies who aren’t yet walking. If your little one is mobile, we highly recommend bringing a bouncy chair to keep them safe as the studios contain equipment.

  • Our Mums & Little Ones (Level 2) course builds on the foundation established during L1 & is designed for those who have already reintroduced some exercise into their routine after birth.

    Our Mums & Little Ones (L2) course runs as a 6 week course (6 classes in total), focusing on the continuation of pelvic floor & abdominal chain rehabilitation, stabilisation of joints & reversing the postural changes that often occur after birth. The course will also introduce more challenging movements designed to help bridge the gap the between the post partum phase & more general Pilates practice!

    We welcome all mums and all babies who aren’t yet walking. If your little one is mobile, we highly recommend bringing a bouncy chair to keep them safe as the studios contain equipment.

  • We want to help you feel at home at our studios & to have confidence in our group classes!

    Our Intro to Reformer course bridges the gap between beginner & group classes. This 4 week course, consisting of 4 classes (+ an additional gift class for use in our regular classes), will help you understand the Pilates Principles, terminology (Pilates speak!), lots of the Essential repertoire & of course, familiarity with the reformers & our wonderful instructors.
