Passionate about delivering high quality instruction, our instructors hold full international Pilates certifications from recognised global centres of excellence. Our instructors work continuously to increase their knowledge in order to challenge our clients & modify in new ways.
We’re proud to partner with the world class Merrithew™ to deliver their globally acclaimed STOTT PILATES® education method for aspiring & certified instructors across Norway, Sweden, Denmark & Finland.

Fresh classes
Our approach sets us apart from our competitors: we believe that your surroundings make a difference to how you feel & our studios are designed with this in mind - we want you to enjoy the soft neons & fresh feel of our studios! Our classes are rarely taught twice & although progress is made through discipline & repetition, we like to frequently surprise you with variations & new exercises! Our music will always be varied & our transition times limited so you get the most out of your 50 minutes with us.

Carbon footprint… in a Pilates studio?! Actually, yes! Here’s how we stay mindful of our impact:
All correspondence, receipts & documents are digital - not one piece of paper to be seen (other than our dogeared teaching manuals & for cleaning/hygiene purposes)
Limited energy consumption & our equipment is operated by human POWER!
Very little water wastage & not an urn or cup in sight. Our clients bring their own water in their resusable bottles & continue to hydrate on their way home!
Our cleaning products are environmentally friendly
We recycle everything we can, including used equipment!
We source from, & partner with, companies who make efforts to operate sustainably
