Group Pilates Classes

Our group classes offer a fun, focused, full body workout! We offer group Pilates classes on the Reformer and Tower and look out for our corrections to keep you safe & improve technique!

 
 
  • For those new to Pilates or anyone wanting a deeper understanding of Pilates! You’ll perfect your form & application of the principles underpinning Pilates with this classical & contemporary blend where no 2 classes are the same

    Our welcome offers are valid only for Levels 1&2. This is to ensure safety and a great client experience for all

  • For those with prior Pilates experience, who are injury free & love extra challenge! Bring your Teaser A game for this classical & contemporary blend where no 2 classes are the same

    For those who have prior experience of regular intermediate Pilates practice

  • For those new to the Classical repertoire or anyone wanting a deeper understanding of the exercises in their classical order. Practice the repertoire as it was intended!

  • Levels 3 & beyond to up the challenge! Focus on the classical repertoire & order as it was intended

    For those who have prior experience of regular intermediate Pilates practice

  • For those with prior Pilates experience, who are injury free & want heart rate up! We use the Merrithew™ Cardio Tramp to increase heart rate & fitness - sweaty glow guaranteed!

    Only for those who have prior experience of regular intermediate Pilates practice

  • She! Our signature classes in a women only environment

  • A seasonal offering where we host mat Pilates in Frogner Park. Add some wonderful nature and sunshine to your movement to energise and restore! Classes are weather dependent. Book via the Skøyen studio and meet us by Vigeland Installation (the central fountain) 10 minutes before class starts!

 
 

Pilates for Pregnancy

We know you like choice & flexibility too! Our mummies-to-be are welcome to join all Level 1 & 2 group classes after a one time pregnancy private session. Exercises are carefully adapted to suit your changing needs during this special time.

  • All mums-to-be are welcome to attend all of our classes (with the exception of Pilates + HIIT) until 12 weeks pregnant, providing your doctor or healthcare provider support the continuation of exercise.

  • Once you reach the happy 12 week milestone (& providing your doctor supports the continuation of exercise), our 60 minute Pregnancy Private Session provides all the modifications you need to continue with group classes!

    You’re then welcome to attend our Form & Alignment classes for as long as you & your healthcare provider consider it beneficial! In order to keep you & your little one safe, attendance at our other classes is not permitted from 12 weeks.
