Tips before your first visit!

  • It’s optional of course but a great way to dive into anatomical & postural characteristics unique to you that inform pointers we give you during group classes!

Available under the Private Training tab!

  • We typically require a minimum of 4 bookings for a class to go ahead but we know it’s a balance so we’re somewhat flexible in practice depending on the circumstances at the time. We’ll provide as much notice as we reasonably can in the event the threshold isn’t met and the class is cancelled.

Where classes are full, join our waitlists - these move all the time so the chances are good!

We operate a 12 hour cancellation policy for all sessions and the class is forfeited.

Waitlist Policy - at own risk - if you’re added into class from a waitlist within 12 hours of the class start time, the standard cancellation policy applies to cancellations. We therefore advise you to only join waitlists where you are free to attend the class, or to remove yourself from a waitlist before you’re added to the class if you’re unsure.

  • Classes will start at the allocated time so give yourself enough time to settle & chat to the instructor! In the event that you’re late, don’t worry and no stress! Your spot is your spot and you can sneak in at any time.

Please notify the instructor of any injuries or conditions prior to the class commencing.

  • Wear workout gear that you can move around easily in (a tighter fit allows the instructor a better view of your alignment!).

No shoes allowed but socks are a must (grippy socks are even better!).

We strongly recommend removing jewellery before the class starts.

  • Our welcome offers are valid only for Levels 1&2. This is to ensure safety and a great client experience for all. Our instructors guide you towards more challenging levels so if you don’t have regular Pilates experience at an intermediate level, please discuss more challenging levels with one of our instructors before booking - thank you!
